I've been there...

I spent the past 15 years mastering the job search process. I personally went from being lost and scattered in my job search to having a strong VISION about the north star of my career each and every step of the way and even stronger EXECUTION.  


In college for example my north star became to get a marketing job at Google - after a lot of studying, research and preparation, I got into Google in the exact role I wanted.




After college and while working at Google, my north star was to FINALLY fulfill my desire to learn to code which led me to getting a software engineering apprenticeship at LinkedIn.





AND most recently I wanted to do software engineering at a creative company focused on content so Spotify became my north star – AND less than a year later I was working at Spotify.

All of these career steps forward were deliberate - each step I chose a north star which aligned with my vision for my life at that moment in time and through all of my job search knowledge, I accomplished so many of those north star goals. And I don't just mean the company, I also mean the company values, the cultures.

So many people say they want something but haven’t owned the desire or don’t believe it’s possible for them, or simply don’t do the work and therefore spend A LOT OF TIME not actually living the career they TRULY want.
